Eating sticks of butter straight out of the fridge is generally frowned upon (unless you have a love for KerryGold butter and eat it right out of the package like we do).
If you’re having a hard time getting enough vegetables to serve as vehicles for your butter, you can always use these Paleo biscuits.
You don’t have to limit yourself to butter. You can smother these babies with fruit butter or jam, just be aware of the ingredients if you don’t make it yourself and watch out for the sugar content.
You can even slice these babies in half, fill them with your favorite meat, and enjoy them as Paleo mini-sandwiches. Everyone loves a tapas style meal!

Add Biscuits to Your Paleo Breakfast
We know that Paleo breakfast recipes can get a little monotonous. Despite the many things you can do with eggs, sometimes you might get a craving for some traditional baked goods.
That’s where these Paleo biscuits come in. When you add these biscuits to your breakfast, you no longer have to feel deprived of that doughy goodness you grew up with.
An Everyday Biscuit
But by no means are you limited to eating these for breakfast. They can make a great addition to lunches, dinners, or serve as a snack between meals. There’s no reason to restrict their use.
A lot of people complain that Paleo baked goods just can’t match up to the original. They tend to be too dense and chewy. Not so with these little biscuits. These are so light and flaky you’ll find it hard to believe that they’re gluten-free. Be sure to bake them yourself (or stay in the kitchen to watch whoever makes them) so you can see for yourself that these biscuits are the real deal.
These biscuits are a treat, for sure, but they are a grain-free, Paleo treat. When that warm biscuit craving hits, enjoy the moment and whip up a batch. Just don’t forget to add some vegetables to your plate as well. :)
Make Them Miniature!
For Thanksgiving, I whipped up this exact recipe but instead of regular biscuits I used my mini muffin pan with mini parchment paper liners (for easy cleanup!).
If you follow the same directions below and fill the liners in the mini pan to the top, this will produce 24 mini, airy biscuits that are so simple to pop in your mouth and serve to a larger crowd.
