Authentic Mexican recipes that stay on the menu when you go paleo? Sure authentic Mexican food is typically brimming with corn and beans. But what if you could prepare the same authentic Mexican food without any grains or legumes? What if gluten-free, grain-free, local, grass fed, pasture-raised, and every other buzzword-y category was possible while remaining 100% true to Mexican tradition?
Well it is.
We’re going to show you that it’s not only possible to prepare authentic Mexican food that’s also paleo-friendly, but you can do so in a way that honors to the vast culinary traditions of Mexico.
Our upcoming paleo cookbook, Paleo MX: Authentic Mexican Recipes is coming soon.
We’ve been tirelessly perfecting these authentic Mexican recipes and now we’re on to
shooting the photos writing.
The goal with Paleo MX is not to create a great Mexican-themed paleo cookbook. The goal is to honor the rich culinary heritage of Mexico.
We don’t want another paleo cookbook, we want an amazing authentic Mexican cookbook that’s also paleo.
Sure, we have quite a bit of experience with recipe creation and cookbooks. But this time, to step things up a notch, we decided to bring in an expert in the culinary traditions of Mexico. Paleo MX is co-authored by our good friend Ana.
After coming to the US at an early age Ana found herself learning the ins and outs of the restaurant business from her father, a long time chef and restauranteur. After spending her formidable years in her father’s restaurants Ana’s love for the culinary arts was inevitable. And Ana’s palate for authentic Mexican food paired with Marla’s immense experience in recipe development has proven to be a perfect match for Paleo MX.
We are so excited to give you the first taste of Paleo MX and the joy of authentic Mexican recipes from the comfort of your home. We’ll be sharing more info soon so be sure to sign up for the Paleo Porn Family where you’ll have first dibs at pre-ordering your copy.
