My booking agent (aka my sister Amanda) coordinated with Natural Grocers and I’ll be cooking up a few dishes from Los Paleo as I chat about my experiences over the last 5+ years living the Paleo lifestyle.

- Why: Why not? Who doesn’t love to eat free delicious, homemade, healthy food? :)
- What: I’ll be making Mexican Stew, Dragon Guacamole and Jicama Chips (from Los Paleo) and Apple Pie in a Bowl (from Pigskin Paleo)
