You probably know by now that eating lots of leafy greens is necessary for good health. They’ve long been promoted as low-fat, nutrition powerhouses, and it’s all true. If you’ve been on the Paleo diet for a while, you’re probably not afraid of fat anymore, but that’s no reason to neglect vegetables.
A Nutrient-Dense Food
Vegetables come loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Grape leaves in particular are an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin K, various B vitamins, and manganese. Grape leaves also come with a fair amount of fiber, which we need to feed the beneficial bacteria in our guts.
