When you grind dried chili peppers into a powder, you get chili powder. When you crush dried chili peppers, you get red pepper flakes. Since chili peppers are Paleo, there’s no reason we can’t incorporate their dried and crushed form into a healthy lifestyle.

Chili peppers have a number of health benefits. Although their red flake form might not have all the vitamins and minerals of fresh chili peppers, that’s no reason to discount them.
