Eat Real Food
The basic premise behind eating a Paleo diet is to just eat real food. It’s very simple, and there’s no reason that can’t include cantaloupe. A healthy diet should always be loaded with vegetables and fruit because they tend to come packed with vitamins and minerals. Cantaloupe provides an impressive amount of vitamin C and manganese, but it is also fairly high in sugar.

If you want to just eat whole foods without worrying about any counting or tracking, then you can certainly include cantaloupe on your list of safe foods to eat. On the other hand, if you’re watching your blood sugar levels, you might want to limit the melon. Of course, everyone is different and the right amount of carbs for one person won’t necessarily be the right amount for someone else, so just be sure to experiment and see what works best for you.
