Curry power is a mix of spices often used in South Asian cuisine. It usually includes coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek and chili peppers, but ginger, garlic, fennel seed, caraway, cinnamon, clove, mustard seed, nutmeg, and black pepper are also common. Not only are all of these spices Paleo, but there is evidence that including plenty of spices in our diets may be beneficial to our health.

Mark Sisson also has a whole post devoted to the health benefits of one key ingredients in curry powder: turmeric.
