This doesn’t mean we condone eating jello, just that a packet of powdered gelatin added to your smoothie or your soup can make it that much more nutritious. The best way to consume gelatin is probably by making yourself a big batch of bone broth and cooking with it or just drinking it straight. It’s delicious and one of the best things you can do for your health.
