The first step to living a Paleo lifestyle is to get rid of all those nutrient-deficient grains and legumes from your diet and eat real food with lots of nutrients. Specifically, organo-sulfur phytonutrients that are thought to help fight cancer by activating detoxifying enzymes in the liver. So the next time you see a big bunch of kale at your local farmer’s market, grab it, take it home and make a big kale salad, or better yet, kale chips!
