Eat Your Vegetables
The first step to living a Paleo lifestyle is to eat lots of vegetables and there’s no reason those vegetables have to be limited to the above-water varieties.
The Nutrients
Seaweed comes loaded with all sorts of minerals, including calcium, iron, iodine, zinc, magnesium, manganese, and potassium. We need all of these minerals and more in order to stay fit and strong and many of our land-dwelling vegetables just can’t cut it any more.
