Watercress is a leafy vegetable with most of the nutrients we usually find in leafy vegetables: vitamins A, C, E, K, and various B vitamins, as well as iodine, iron, calcium, magnesium, and zinc. All of these nutrients are essential to our health and too many people don’t get enough of them.
