Just outside of Niagara Falls we prepare a traditional Canadian trunk lunch that’s in no way traditional or Canadian.
After driving an hour and a half to Port Hope, Ontario all of our plans fell apart and we were stranded in a foreign country without cell service.

We started our day on Periscope and didn’t expect to record a VLOG. But around 6pm we worked out, headed to the pool, and decided to finally record an Ask Paleo Porn segment.
Plus some nasty weather came in to make for a nice lightning filled timelapse.
Todays’ VLOG is a two parter. While I was busy doing other things for a couple days Marla shot while she cooked. Day 1 was a cooking marathon and on day 2 she makes, start to finish, a full paleo dinner. Completely from scratch.
After going to a killer rock show, with barely anyone in attendance we wonder if rock’s dead. Not the music, but the support.
Marla lifts heavy things, makes a paleo lunch salad, and I share a bit about our business (SPYR) and our mentorship program.
We did a little running around on our bikes, changed our plans multiple times, and ended up watching Fourth of July fireworks at Ribfest.
Today I clipped the GoPro to my backpack as we ran some errands. We ran into a friend, some deer, and came back for a smoothie and to spend time with friends.
